Here’s a trick to use when you don’t have a website to submit in your application: Tell them you’re an email marketer who has access to email lists of targeted prospects that you can advertise to. If you feel bad about saying this, don’t as you can always get in with someone who does have a list and can provide those targeted subscribers. However, if you’re going to tell the manager that you’re into email marketing, be ready to answer questions that pertain to email marketing specifically. Therefore, if you plan on doing this, you need to learn how email marketing is done so that you’re well versed on the subject. If you already know about email marketing, however, this tip can go a long way towards getting you approved if you don’t have a website to your name. You’ll find this is kind of hard work, but you’ll soon see how worth it it was.
It is not likely they will do this, but just in case have some kind of means for contacting you via chat. However your application will not be turned down if you don’t have chat, but it’s just an FYI. When you’re choosing the screen name for your instant messenger, make sure it’s professional and represents you or your company. You can choose your business name or even a derivative of your own name, etc.
CPA networks handle a lot of people and hundreds of advertisers, and they need to take care of them because those are their clients. But if you follow the tips that we discussed above and use your common sense when applying, there’s absolutely no way that you’ll get rejected.
